Commercial COB Spotlight 30W Adjustable Smart LED Track Light

This track light is with driver built-in, which makes it look very compact. Most led track lights with build-in drivers on the market have the problem of poor heat dissipation. But this one uses a high-performance driver, which is specially developed for built-in track lights and has high-temperature resistance. Though the driver is the built-in type, it also ensures a long lifespan of 50000 hours and a real warranty 5 years.

This series of track lights adopts Tridonic, Lifud, and Boke driver for non-dim; HEP driver for 0/1-10V dimming; Rxpower driver for DALI dimming.

* Cold forging aluminum #1070

The lamp body (heatsink) of this track light uses purer aluminum #1070 by the technology of cold forging. The cooling effect of cold forging aluminum is 30% higher than that is #6063 profile aluminum (extrusion aluminum) and 2 times better than that of die ADC12 aluminum by casting.

The thermal conductivity of different aluminum materials:

• Cold forging aluminum(#1070): 226 w/m.k

• Profile aluminum(#6063): 180 w/m.k

• Die casting aluminum(#ADC12): 98 w/m.k

* LED chip with high CRI & high light efficiency

We use the original LED chip Citizen or Luminus COB for this track light. They are not only high CRI90 or 95 but also high light efficiency. Higher CRI can better restore the original color of the irradiated object. And the higher the light efficiency, the more energy saving.

For example: The lm/W of 30W can be 137lm/W at 3000K CRI90.

* Glued type driver with high-temperature resistance; PF>0.95 & flicker-free

The driver of this track light is a built-in lamp body, which requires that the driver must be glued type so that it can be high-temperature resistance. The Tridonic driver we use for this track light has Tc >90ºC. It is the best option for this kind of track light. Other brands are optional like Lifud, Boke, HEP, etc.
